Initialization Sequence

Critical path to deploy your first generative AI agent on WhatsApp. Estimated time: ~180s.

01

Tenant Creation

The system uses a multi-tenant architecture. You first need an Organization context.

  • Authentication: Sign in via Google or Email. A user record is drafted immediately.
  • Workspace: You will be prompted to name your Organization. This ID is used for billing and data isolation.
02

Instance Provisioning

An Instance is a containerized WhatsApp session. It holds the connection state, AI config, and message history.

STANDARD MODE

QR Connection

Uses WhatsApp Web protocol. Easiest setup. Supports real phones and WhatsApp Business App.

ENTERPRISE MODE

Cloud API

Direct meta connection. High throughput. Requires Verified Business Manager.

RECOMMENDATION: Start with Standard Mode for rapid prototyping.

03

Link Device

Once the instance is creating, a QR stream will initialize.

  1. Open WhatsApp Mobile App
  2. Settings > Linked Devices
  3. Scan the generated QR Code
  4. Wait for "CONNECTED" status signal
04

AI Activation

By default, the Auto-Responder is DISABLED to prevent accidental spam.

Navigate to Settings > Configuration and:

  • Set System Prompt (Define behavior)
  • Enable Auto-Responder Toggle
  • (Optional) Set Business Hours

System Ready

Your agent is now active. It will ingest incoming messages via Webhook, process them through the LLM, and dispatch responses autonomously.
